Chain of custody tracks material through the production process - from the forest to the consumer.


Third party certification provides assurance to consumers that the forest products they are purchasing were manufactured from trees harvested in a sustainable manner. Ohio’s 21 state forests, which comprise over 200,000 acres, were certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) in December, 2010.
